My review of Tezpur College.

Placements: Tezpur College does not offer placement opportunities. Students only receive a bachelor's degree certificate after completing the course. There are no placement opportunities or facilities, and no companies visit the college for recruitment or to give placements. They didn't provide any placement opportunities.

Infrastructure: The college has a very beautiful and spacious campus. The classrooms are excellent and very clean. The laboratories and computer lab are also well-equipped and impressive. There is a hostel facility for girls, but not for boys. The food served is also very good. The infrastructure is well-developed. The hostel is also very good.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is highly qualified and supportive. Most of the teachers have good teaching experience and deep knowledge of their subjects. They explain concepts clearly and are always ready to help students inside and outside the classroom. Exams are held every three months. The faculty is experienced.

Other: Tezpur College is a good option for students looking for a balance between academics and campus life.

A decent college for commerce with helpful teachers.

Placements: I am from the B.Com 2nd semester batch. Around 30–40% of students are placed, with an average package of 2–3 LPA. The top recruiters include HDFC and ICICI, offering roles in finance and back-office operations. This is very good for students at this college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are decent with basic facilities, and the library is well-equipped for commerce students. Wi-Fi facility is available but can be consistent at times. The hostel facilities are average, the food in the mess is manageable, and there is decent access to sports and medical care.

Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum is mostly relevant but could include more practical exposure. The semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is decent. Also, the pass percentage is greater than the fail percentage in this college.

Other: I am from B.Com 2nd semester batch. I chose this course to build a strong foundation in commerce and business. The course is informative, but more practical sessions and industry exposure would be great. The college events are fun, and the campus has a good environment with helpful faculty and a decent crowd.

A short review on Tezpur College.

Placements: The percentage of placement of students that were placed is at least 50%. Many institutes call students for giving placement and students are doing very well their. Many companies also call students for their job by looking at their course and giving them a good placement.

Infrastructure: The food and hostel facilities are very good and the classroom and library are very neat and clean. Sports and medical facilities are also very good. Many games like powerlifting, bodybuilding, men's physique, basketball, volleyball and many more are played in our college.

Faculty: The teachers are highly educated and the way they teach is very good. This course is curriculum-relevant as English is spoken by everyone and it helps a lot everywhere. The semester exam is difficult but the teacher teaches us very well and we don't feel it is difficult.

Other: I chose this course best I liked this course and till now I'm very happy with it, as the teachers are highly active and teach us nicely. The things that need to improve are the toilets and bathroom, which are very dirty and broken. But overall, everything is good, from events to fests to everything.

Good college for a degree. Will get enough knowledge at less cost. Good environment.

Placements: We had 20 students in our class. The cost of the course is 25k to 45k per semester. Not many are aware of the BBA course, so there aren't many students enrolled. Few internships happened, and only a few students got selected. Not many big companies came, as our college is not so popular.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good, but not great. The library is excellent with air conditioning facilities and lots of books, which help with exam preparation. It has a basketball court. The campus has rest areas for students outside where we can chill or relax after our class.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful and friendly. They shared the knowledge they had with us. The exams are not that hard. The unity of the students is good; any problem you face will be solved by the teacher or by the president of the college. The environment is good.

Other: Every event is organized in the college hall.

Infrastructure: Our college does not provide many facilities. It does not provide very good food. Our college should provide a variety of food items.

Other: It will be good for our college to implement a flexible system that allows students to select their desired subjects. Our college should provide many facilities. It conducts small events. The campus crowd is not good. The connectivity is not good.

Placements: The college's cut-off percentage is very low and it has given admission to many prospective students to provide education. The highest salary offered is Rs.100000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The college is filled with facilities, such as a good-quality library for arts and commerce separately. We have an auditorium where functions and indoor games are conducted. Delicious food is available in the college canteen. A computer lab is available. We have classrooms with enough ceiling fans, CCTV cameras, and projectors. There are common rooms for boys and girls individually. They provide a basketball playground, girls' hostel facilities, etc.

Faculty: Our teachers are not only helpful but they are also well-qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. They are accountable. They attend their classes regularly. Every department of teachers is well organised. The course curriculum is relevant to Gauhati University. The college is managed by Gauhati University. The college never fails students with regards to industry and career, provided the students are hard-working on their studies. The difficulty of the semester exams is moderate and well-structured. The papers are prepared well and are relevant to the Gauhati University syllabus. The pass percentage is 33%.

Other: The positive vibes and environment made me choose the college. I would recommend setting up additional tests in between months so that students are motivated and determined with their studies.
