Placements: TEC maintains a fairly robust placement record, with approximately a 75% placement rate in recent years. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, along with Mahindra, Tata, Suzuki, among others. Placement packages typically range from 4 LPA average to as high as 21 LPA, the highest. The curriculum frequently prepares students for roles like Automotive Engineer, Software Developer, Design Engineer, Security Analyst, and more. The placement cell plays an active role, conducting CRT, mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude tests, and internships to enhance employability.
Infrastructure: Spread across a 25 acre campus, TEC offers lush greenery, spacious AC classrooms, well equipped labs, computer, electronics, Physics, Chemistry, seminar halls, and a digital library. There were separate boys and girls. Hostels with ventilated rooms, study furniture, and recreational space, plus on campus mess facilities, sports grounds, and transport connectivity across the Tirunelveli district. A medical center with a doctor and nurse, plus basic first aid provisions, was also available.
Faculty: TEC offers BE/B.Tech degrees in Civil, Mechanical, ECE, EEE, CSE, and emerging branches like AI/Data Science/Cybersecurity, all under Anna University affiliation and AICTE approval. Faculty members are generally highly qualified, several holding masters or PhDs, and approachable, delivering industry relevant, regularly updated curriculum. The academic rigour includes semester and internal exams, with support to understand material through effective teaching.

Thamirabharani Engineering College Review.
Placements: The colleges placement rate hangs around 60 to 70%. Last year, about 60% of students got jobs at places like Wipro, Accenture, Tata, HCL, and Infosys. The top salary you could get was 15 LPA, but the lowest was about 4 LPA, average package was 5 LPA. There were no internships offered. The B.Tech CSE course was seen as fresh and had a great outlook.
Infrastructure: The college offers good infrastructure and decent facilities. Hostel facilities were also good, ensuring complete comfort for students. A large number of students resided in the hostel, which was well managed. The food provided was also satisfactory and met basic quality standards.
Faculty: The faculty was highly qualified and excel in their respective departments. They were approachable and always willing to help resolve issues. Their teaching methods were excellent, ensuring a thorough understanding of each topic. The curriculum was relevant, and the exams were of moderate difficulty.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average package was around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Tata Steel, JSW, CEAT, etc. Around 40% of students got internship offers.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were good. Wi-Fi was not available. Labs were well-equipped with instruments and machinery. The library was well furnished. The hostel of our college was good. Facilities like fresh drinking water, clean washrooms, geysers, etc.
Faculty: Professors of our college were really good. They were well qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. The teaching quality of our faculty members was good. The course curriculum was relevant. It helps students become industry-ready. The semester exam was moderate.

Placements: The college provides the best package salary for this course. There are four batches of students in this course, and 30 to 40% of students are placed in companies each year. Companies like TNS, TATA Group, and Khar Technologies provide internships to college students.
Infrastructure: This college provides a high-quality infrastructure with excellent facilities. These facilities include fast Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs, bathrooms, a library, and a canteen. The college also has sports teams that participate in tournaments every year.
Faculty: The faculty and teachers are very good. They are intelligent and have good behavior. However, the teachers are very strict. The teachers' explanations are so good that we really understand the material well. This course is a four-year course. If we fail an exam, we will have to take an extra year to complete the course.

Good college and satisfied with it.
Placements: About 75% of people got placed in top companies from our college during the last academic year. The highest package is 21 lacs, the average package is 4.5 lacs and the lowest package is 3 lacs. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Mahindra, TCS, Tata motors and so on. I know 40% of my classmates have got internships.
Infrastructure: Our college is well cleaned, has nice infrastructure and is a very maintained college. My college has libraries, which are common for both lecturers and students. The classrooms of our college are very clean. Many of my friends stay in the college hostel, which is very nice and the food in the mess is too good. And we also have a sports room for every member.
Faculty: I won't say my college has the best teachers and the worst teachers. They are moderate. Many of the professors are well educated and well qualified and some are junior lecturers. The course curriculum is very relevant, and every 6 months there will be a semester and every 3 months we have midterm exams. Semester exams are quite hard.
Other: Many of my friends suggested I join this college, as this is very good for education. There will be events and programs every month.

College has good placements and jobs opportunities.
Placements: The college has good placements in last campus placements in final year. The highest average package offered is 15 lakhs, and the lowest average package is 8 lakhs. The top recruiting companies are Mahindra, Tata, Suzuki, etc. and top roles are automotive engineer, maintenance engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has good facilities and good infrastructure with good buildings and workshops, etc. The facilities available in campus are good classrooms and labs and good workshops. The hostels are good, the mess food is good, and multiple sports grounds are there.
Faculty: The difficulty of the semester exams is that they are hard to pass and you have to study well. The pass percent is above 80 percent. The teachers are well qualified and have great knowledge in their subjects. The teaching quality is good, and teachers are helpful to students.

Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
