TSM Madurai offers a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme in full-time mode. It is the school's flagship programme, approved by the AICTE, accredited by the NBA, and considered equivalent to an MBA. TSM Madurai PGDM course is spread across six trimesters of three months each.
