I'm dissatisfied with my placements, and I'm feeling bad for joining this college.

Placements: Only 10 percent of students are placed. The highest package was 5 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. No top companies came. There is no follow-up on internships; the college is doing its job just to be acknowledged. There is no sincerity in placing the students in the companies.

Infrastructure: All is good, but not maintained well. There is Wi-Fi, but not for students; it's only for staff. The canteen is okay, but not very good; it is average. In my college, they conduct sports events and even say some of them play for the university, but I didn't see anybody who said they're playing for the university.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but the teaching is average. They're not following the rhythm in teaching the lessons. They slowly start the topics when it's near the end of the semester, and they leave most of the topics and tasks for the students to self-learn. The course is simply for learning; it is not for practical purposes.

Welcome to our college to gain more knowledge.

Placements: 30% of students are getting placed in our college. The highest salary is Rs.25,000, and the lowest is Rs.18,000. Top recruiting companies like Ebix and Wipro are among the recruiters. 10% of students get internships. The top roles include developers, etc.

Infrastructure: Many facilities and infrastructure are available in our college. Labs and classrooms. There is a big library, and the food in the hostel is very good. In the morning, there are idly, dosa, puri, etc. Sports activities are involved by our college students.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to students in all ways to gain knowledge and improve their skills. The teaching quality is very good, and practical teaching is also provided for students. In many colleges, the course is not industry-ready, and students must learn it through other courses by practicing them daily. Many arts and science courses are available.

Other: I choose this college for sports involvement. I like sports very much, so I chose this college. There are lab hours to improve our skills. Events, cultural activities, and scholarships are available.

A good college and great for our disciplined future.

Placements: Students should score above 50% in their 11th and 12th to join this course. There are several companies for placements. Around 10-30% of students got internships from our course in IT sector companies. The top role offered is full-stack development.

Infrastructure: There are 3-4 labs for computer application and science students. There are several other labs also for several subjects. There is no hostel in our college. We have a good and huge canteen for girls and boys. There are medical facilities for everyone inside our campus. There is much importance in sports like basketball, cricket, football, and many others.

Faculty: Our teachers are friendly with students. They help students in several ways to improve their knowledge. The teaching quality is very good. There are many lab hours in a day to make our students industry-ready. The pass percentage is very high in our college.

Other: I chose this course for the IT field, and I want to get into a high-profile job with the highest salary package. I am very much interested in full-stack development, learning skills, and many more. It is a better way to improve ourselves. There are cultural programs and events performed in the college.

Placements: Placements are held in our college during covid. Some students did not get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities like good maintenance in a gym, library, computer lab, basketball court, volleyball court, football ground, cricket pitch, etc.

Faculty: Our college provides good coaching. Faculty members are good. A few faculty members are bad. Sometimes, circumstances play a lot in college period.

Other: Our college is located in a nice place and has a good environment.

Review of Thiruthangal Nadar College.

Placements: Our college provides the best placements. It provides placements in the final semester. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, etc. Our college has a department for placements and training. This college also provides training for placements. Soft skills program is conducted to make students more knowledgeable.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is clean and spacious. It has a mini gym. Parkis available for boys and girls. Laboratories are good and all required resources are available. Canteen facility is good but the menu and price can be better. Hostel facilities are not available in our college. Parking facility is provided separately for both boys and girls. Bus facility is only provided for girls. Our campus is peaceful and safe.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and their knowledge is excellent. Teachers are friendly and creative so that the students can gain knowledge easily. Mid-semester exams, model semester exams, and university exams are conducted. The pass percentage is 70%. Faculty members make us ready for the industry. They also provide practical knowledge to students.

Other: Our college provides the best scholarships other than government scholarships. Our college also provides educational scholarships in such a way that is useful for students. Our college returns 50% of the semester fees back if students score more than 80% in semester exams. This course is good with laboratory facilities, staff members, etc. Cultural, sports day, inter and intra college events are also conducted in our college.

Our college has good value for money with an accounting stream but not for computers.

Placements: I passed out in the 2022 batch and I have completed my BCA degree. Only two companies came for core-related jobs but about 35 companies came for bank jobs. Mostly for B.Com degree holders, many of them were placed with companies. Top recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra and Apollo visited our campus.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure was good. There were 2 food halls. There were six computer labs, three science labs, one library, and two large playgrounds. They enjoy sports days and playing with other colleges. There were many food items available in the canteen.

Faculty: Our teachers were helpful and if you had any doubts, you could ask the teacher. They arranged the soft skills class for a few days to learn how to attend the interview. I passed all my semester exams but I think it was very tough in the data mining subject, I got a higher grade than the total 6 semesters at 75%.

Other: If you choose the accounts side, this is the best college for the value of money at Rs.35,000 for a year. Other colleges asked for more money and donations. However, the computer core side was not suitable for this college.
