Stunned about the 2025 programs.
Placements: More than 60% are placed in banks and other top companies if they apply for specific jobs. The packages are between 2 and 10 lakhs. Wipro, TCS, and Federal Bank are the main recruiters. All students get internships; however, only if you're in FYUGP at the end of the 4th semester with 50-60%. Roles include Data Analyst, System Analyst, Database Administrator, and Accountant.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very supportive and friendly, with good teaching skills. The infrastructure is very good. We have multimedia labs with strong Wi-Fi. Classrooms have digital screens, and the library has lots of books relevant to your course that you can refer to. The hostel is very clean, and the food is average. Medical facilities are great, as we have a hospital near the hostel, and sports facilities have priority.
Faculty: All the faculty are greatly qualified with excellent teaching skills. Most of the teachers have completed research, and some are CAs. The curriculum is very relevant and has a great influence on society, making the students ready for both digital and theoretical parts. The pass percentage is 70%. If you study, you can pass. Questions are mainly designed in four ways: for checking understanding, remembering, analyzing, and creating.
Other: I chose this course because I was fond of commerce and computers, and it gives more opportunities than a normal commerce course. You can excel in Accounting as well as in computing. There are so many events in our college; the main one is the Benale. Other events include Freshers' Day, Arts Day, Union Inauguration, Food Fest, Onam, Ethnic Day, Sports Day, and many more programs, and all are very good. The college also provides many scholarships as well as extracurricular activities.

The calm atmosphere and academic quality make it a good choice for science students.
Placements: Placement cell is active and brings companies like TCS, Wipro, and Sutherland. Some students also get internship opportunities during their final semester. For biochemistry on campus placement opportunities are usually limited. Most of them are prepared for higher studies.
Infrastructure: I have good experience at TKM. The campus is clean and good with a modern library and labs. The classrooms are well-maintained and have TVs. The biochemistry labs are well-equipped for practical and research work. The canteen provides good quality food.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. They explain concepts clearly and are always ready to guide students, especially during practical work. They support students with extra sessions during exams. In some semesters, the exams are tough.
Other: There are good opportunities for extracurricular activities like cultural events, science exhibitions, and fests.

I am absolutely satisfied because of better infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: The actual number of students placed last year is unknown. But in my department, 4 students got placed in IT companies with very low salary packages. Companies offer 15,000-20,000 per month. The placements are for degree-based positions, and there are no placements particularly for Biochemistry students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is too good compared to other non-professional aided colleges in Kerala. We have completely smart classes with high-definition projectors and so on. The library is also well-maintained with almost all types of books. It is one of the biggest libraries in Kollam district. Most non-professional aided colleges in Kerala do not provide hostel facilities, but our college has excellent hostel facilities, though the food is not always good. The canteen is small, mostly offering snacks and ice cream. Complete meals are not always available, but they will provide them if we order beforehand. There are sports teams and clubs, but they are not too active.
Faculty: Teachers are absolutely helpful and, of course, highly qualified. All teachers are doctorate holders and have proper knowledge about their subjects. They are helpful and work together for the betterment of students' studies. Biochemistry is comparatively hard to study, and the exams are totally unpredictable as my college is under Kerala University.
Other: I chose this course only because I heard it had many job opportunities, but it is completely a myth. Opportunities will be available only if we have post-graduation. My course does not have textbooks for core courses, so textbooks can make my course better. My college barely conducts two events a year. Overall campus vibe is good but very small in area.

Sincere Opinion about TKM College of Arts and Science .
Placements: More than 70% of the students got placed in my college. They provide jobs in the well-known companies such as Amazon and Wipro. They accompany us with every thing and, the placement cell is very well-qualified, they train students for jobs also.
Infrastructure: Very well-cleaned hostel rooms, mess and everything. They provide good quality food with hygiene and also there are many workers in the hostel section. They clean each every place everyday, and maintain it very well. The waste management are very well organized.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. We can easily build a communication bond with them. They help us at every step and give us a correct guidance. The college is very punctual in the result publication and time management. They provide complete support for all programs .
Other: I chose this course because of my love towards this subject. Everything in the world, every technology is connected to Mathematics.

I like this college very much.
Placements: Placement facilities are less available in our college. Fewer companies visit our college. There are a total of 4 semesters, and they also help in learning skills to get good placements or jobs. The top roles offered are lab incharge, pharmacologist, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent with Wi-Fi, labs, and library facilities available. Even classrooms are provided for each course with separate departments. Hostel facilities are available with a clean mess and hygienic food. Sports and games are conducted in our college, and they also hold events or fests every semester.
Faculty: The lectures are well-graduated and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very professional and helps us to understand each concept. The semesters are easy if we study materials provided in the library or referred by lecturers. Forty-five percent of marks is the passing percentage of our college.

Good infrastructure and facilities; well-satisfied; good placement.
Placements: About 3% of students get placed in my course after campus selection from different companies. The average package offered in this course is around INR 3.6 Lacs to INR 7 Lacs annually, depending on skills and the job placement. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, and TechnoPark.
Infrastructure: As TKMCAS is accredited with an A+ grade, you can expect good infrastructure. It is just top-notch. Classrooms, labs, libraries—everything is pretty good. College infrastructure is aesthetic. Gyms are also available here. The college is well cleaned and maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are highly skilled (not every teacher, but the majority). As the Kerala University curriculum is not updated, teachers confirm that every update is taught. The course doesn't make students industry-ready because Kerala University is slow, but TKM makes sure students are skilled.
Other: I don't know why I took the course. I didn't have any other plans. Textbooks are not updated.
