Trishna College of Paramedical and Polytechnic has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

|---|---|
| Certificate | Candidates should pass 10th or 12th from a recognized board with at least 40%. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed class 10+2 from the recognized board/council. |
| UG Diploma | ITI 2 Year pass candidates are also eligible to apply. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidates passed 12th from a recognized board are also eligible. |
| D.Pharma | Candidates passed 12th from a recognized board are also eligible. |
