The only thing that needs to be maintained is the staffing pattern.

Placements: If I talk about placement facility of my college, Triveni Teachers' Training College, then I would like to say that it provides average placements or we can say that on the basis of the quality of students and the marks or percentage they get during their studies.

Infrastructure: Now, as we ask me about infrastructure of my course and hostel management so on this, I would like to say that this college has good infrastructure. But as we talk about hostel, my college has proper hostel facility for outsiders and has a good structure.

Faculty: Teachers are educated but there are low staff levels sometimes, which mainly affects the course and learning. But all the staff both male and female are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The passing of exam depends on the quality of students.

Other: Students can get admission by entrance exams, and in my opinion it's about average college for B.Ed, BSTC, etc. The only thing to improve is to maintain a proper staffing pattern that helps students gain more knowledge.
