CAMPUS INTERVIEW – RADISSON

July 24, 2024: UEI Global Pune, conducted the campus interview drive on June 8, 2024 with the internationally renowned five-star hotel, Radisson Group. The Interview was conducted by Mr-Simon Gomes- Executive Assistant Manager and Ms. Poonam Patel (HR). The interview drive started with a very informative presentation of the Radisson group, followed by a Group Discussion, and finally, a round of personal panel interviews. On the whole, it was a very positive experience for students.

UEI GLOBAL Pune conducted a workshop on modern Plating Style Techniques

The college conducted a workshop on modern plating style techniques that can enhance the presentation without overshadowing the essence of the dish. The workshop attendees found inspiration in exploring new ways to present their culinary creations.

A fruit and vegetable carving session was held in Pune UEI GLOBAL campus which was a fantastic opportunity for students to explore their art form. It was a fruitful experience for the participants.

UEI Global Education, Pune, Organized a Goan Theme Lunch, Fisherman’s Wharf

September 13, 2023 : First-year students successfully carried out the entire GOAN theme, from genesis to conclusion. "Education to Employment" is the motto of UEI Global Education. In keeping with this ethos, the theme lunch's goal was for kids to learn how to be an entrepreneur while still being employable. Students from different areas learnt about the economics of organising an event without sacrificing quality.  The end product was a beautifully adorned venue, a well-choreographed Goan dance, professional service from the Front Office, the Food and beverage department, and ultimately, the Food Production team provided amazing, mouth-watering lavish food presented to perfection, as if by clockwork. The lunch guests were none other than the parents of the students .Their faith in UEI Global Education, Pune was reinforced after attending this event.

UEI Invites Chef Milton Rebello for an Interactive Session

June 9, 2020: To keep the spirits up of students at UEI Global, Pune the Institute recently invited one of the world’s famous chefs Milton Rebello to hold an interactive session. Rebello talked about his journey so far, the challenges he faced, the victories he celebrated, how he attained the tag and achieved other milestones in his career. Through his own experiences, he could guide students about the scope of Hotel Management in the country and globally. Rebello has tremendous working experience with prestigious kitchens across continents and has been presented with a title of Journeyman Red Seal Chef in 2012. He has also attained ‘Canadian Certified Chef De Cuisine’ – the highest designation for a chef in Canada.

UEI Global Education Hosts Fourth Annual Sports Event 'Le Vitesse'

February 10, 2020: Pune-based renowned Hotel Management Institute hosted its fourth annual sports event ‘Le Vitesse’ in Chandigarh. Over 900 students from all its nine campuses across India actively participated in various sports. The institute invited Speaker of Haryana Vidhan Sabha Gian Chand Gupta as the chief guest of the event.     

Chandigarh Swaggers were the winners of the cricket match and dance competition and hence, were presented with a cash prize of Rs 55,000 Nabendu Acharjee, General Manager, Hometel Hotel. Besides this, Delhi Spartans lost soccer match against Lucknow Lions but won volleyball match against Chandigarh Swaggers.
