Khalsa College Mohali and its facilities.
Placements: According to my perspective, the placement scenario is not very good because the lowest-ranked companies approached my college, and they want to sell their training courses. I think only 10 percent of students were placed last year. Students want to earn money, not to spend it on wasteful things.
Infrastructure: The campus is not very large. Moreover, labs are well-equipped with the latest systems and air conditioning, and all floors are equipped with high-tech cameras. There is no hostel facility, but there are some rental rooms near the college with meals. The cafeteria is not well-equipped with tasty food, but yes, it is the last option for us during the daytime.
Faculty: In this sector, teachers are very polite with the students; they are always ready to help the students. Additionally, all the teachers are well-qualified with higher degrees and have expertise in specific fields. Semester exams are very flexible with a strict environment and thorough checking, and all classrooms have cameras.
Other: So, I chose BCA because I have an interest in computer applications, and I want to build my career in the IT sector. Moreover, the computer labs are a lifesaver in this college, which helps me in developing programs.
