Best academics, good faculty, good infrastructure, and average placements.

Placements: Top law firms like Trilegal and Juristech have come for placements, and corporate companies like Skoda and Tata, among others, have started hiring students from our college with an average package of 4 LPA. 80% of students got internships pursuing B.A. and LL.B.

Infrastructure: The college lacks well-equipped infrastructure. Earlier we used to have just academic blocks and administrative blocks. However, after the construction of a new moot court hall and conference hall, the college is showing prominent signs of development. We do have a network resource centre where students can access daily legal and current affairs. There is 24*7 free wi-fi access, a water cooler and RO water purifiers, separate toilets for boys and girls, spacious classrooms, and an extensive library. There is no boys hostel. The girls hostel has free 24*7 wi-fi access, a water cooler and RO water purifier, 4 Indian toilets, 4 western toilets, 8 bathrooms, and no canteen. Nearby is Sparsh Hospital for medical emergencies if any, and Shyama Mukherjee Park for games.

Faculty: There is only one permanent faculty member at our institution who is also our principal, Mrs. N. Mallick. The institution consists of well-experienced faculty members in the field of law who are willing to help students 24*7. The thing that impressed me the most was the design of law papers every year. It begins with substantive lawns, followed by procedural and concluding with major lawns like Specific Relief ACT and banking lawns. Improvements are required, like BCI has asked law schools to include cyberlaw in there curricula, which is yet to be implemented. The semester exams are moderate, with a pass percentage of 90%.

Other: The thing that impressed me the most was the design of law papers every year. It begins with substantive lawns, followed by procedural and concluding with major lawns like Specific Relief ACT and banking lawns. Improvements are required, like BCI has asked law schools to include cyberlaw in there curricula, which is yet to be implemented. Students can have a wide variety of extra curricular activities like mooting, mediation, sports, culture, etc. Every year, students get an opportunity to show their talents in various events taking place during annual week.

Best college for judiciary and government exam preparation.

Placements: The college is more of a judiciary-centric college with less focus and emphasis on jobs and placements. If a student aspires for judicial services and other government exams, then this college is for him. Though placements are not good, out-of-campus placements are easily available to students of this college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided in every building of the college. Since the college is located in the centre of the city, it has less campus space. There are mostly 4 buildings: administrative block, academic block, moot court hall and auditorium, and a library. There is a girls hostel in the college premises as well, with all the basic facilities available.

Faculty: The teachers of the college are very helpful and genuine. They guide students even outside the college. They are very knowledgeable, as the selection criteria for being appointed as a teacher is to at least qualify UGC NET Main exams. The exams are divided into semesters, and there are 10 semesters in total. Every semester is conducted within the six months after the start of the academic year.

Reputed faculty, strong academics, and a good environment for legal studies in Odisha.

Placements: Mostly, they engage in litigation and often prepare for judicial exams, while some choose the corporate sector. Everyone can get internships through the recommendation letter provided by the principal to the law firm or courts. Top roles that a law student can go for are advocates and legal advisors, in my opinion, at this time.

Infrastructure: It's good for the price of Rs. 18,000, but the canteen and mess are not present. Wi-Fi is available. We have moot court halls and presentation halls where workshops, orientation programs, and speeches by important legal figures are conducted. Many sports are also being held.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, and they provide notes and many brochures for the workshops conducted at our college. Teachers make us go through every important topic that would help us in the exams and also in real courts, like court etiquette and how to represent yourself confidently.

Other: I chose this course to provide justice to many people who couldn't afford it, and I can do this through proper education and internships provided by this college, which I am grateful for.
