Review of Vanavarayar Institute of Agriculture.
Placements: Our college does not conduct many campus interviews. Placements are provided for our course. The percentage of students getting internships is very low. Companies like seed companies, fertilizer companies, etc., recruit students of our course.
Infrastructure: We are provided with all the equipment required for our course. The hostel is very well maintained with good food and Wi-Fi facilities. Sports and games are daily activities in our college. Classrooms are clean and very well maintained in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are Ph.D. scholars. They are helpful for building students' careers. Semester exams are difficult to pass. Students have to put all their efforts to clear exams. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: Students can join our course if they are willing to join wholeheartedly.

These are the golden days of my life journey.
Placements: 60% of students get placed, while the remaining students choose to prepare for government exams. The highest package is 6 LPA. Most of the work is practical rather than theoretical. Students get placed in agriculture-based companies. Many opt for bank jobs, and some attend coaching classes to crack government exams.
Infrastructure: College classrooms have smartboards with LED projectors. Wi-Fi is available for use only during college hours. The library in this college is medium-sized and contains around 3,000 books. Hostel rooms are shared by 5–6 members in the college hostel.
Faculty: It is difficult to pass the exams. We have good and well-experienced faculty members. They are well-trained and have completed their master’s degrees in their respective departments. They teach us using smartboards and PPTs. They conduct regular tests.
Other: I come from a farming background.

Good environment with a strict college-like school.
Placements: As far as I know, only 2 have been placed in a sugar factory, and the package is around 10-12 LPA. The company's name is Parrys Sugar. They have been trying to get more companies, but mostly students join themselves in a company related to the agriculture sector.
Infrastructure: Strict college, mostly like school, and staff are better mostly. The infrastructure is nice and peaceful, only for study-attached students. The wardens are friendly, and we need to submit phones for 2 hours/day except Sunday, weekends, and holidays. The Wi-Fi is a bit okay.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent, except for one or two. The pass percentage is a bit above average, and mostly, arrears are of one subject or less. The labs have most of the equipment needed for experiments, and the teachers prepare before teaching. The curriculum is easy.
Other: The environment is great and peaceful with a cool climate, and there are more activities that you can join. The only problem is that phones must be submitted for 2 hours daily, except weekends and leave.
