It is a good college for academics, but it should broaden its perspective.
Placements: Approximately a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 60 students are placed every year in the Archaeology department of Vasanta College for Women. It has great career opportunities and provides hands-on experience in different fields of archaeology. Students enjoy opportunities for internships from renowned institutions like Gyaan Pravah, the National Museum, and ASI, with a 90% chance for the same.
Infrastructure: Every facility is available here, including Wi-Fi, a library, and AC computer labs. The classrooms are big and well-ventilated. Students also enjoy the facility of open classrooms that provide a view of the River Ganga along with nature. The hostel (Vasantashram) facilities are also great. They provide good food, which is clean and caters to the needs of children staying there. Medical facilities are also provided with a doctor. Rejuvenating activities like Zumba and yoga are also available. The hostel is big enough, with a badminton court and a garden that provides a good environment.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. The AIHC department has excellent connections with other institutions that give students recurring workshops and seminars, which provide hands-on experience with their subjects. It is wholesome and enriching. Since the workshops are curriculum-based, it helps us in examinations as well. The semester has medium difficulty, but it would help if there were a certain amount of education in the syllabus. 50% and above is considered a pass.
Other: I opted for this course because I had an interest in ancient history and loved to excel in it from the start. The most interesting aspect that I like about it is the hands-on experience, which is my favorite part of attending this institution. The teachers have great connections, through which we benefit a lot. Teachers should be a bit more active to avoid delays. Campus crowd and fests don't generally happen here, but students are sent to the main campus to attend them. Built in a remote area, it has less connectivity than the rest of the colleges that are closer to the heart of the city.

It is an old college living with prestige.
Placements: One session is conducted for all the placement process. Maximum people pursue master. 65% of people get the internship opportunity for the students at the end of semester or the end year. Maximum people got placements with the professional certificate course.
Infrastructure: Professors try to make the course more engaging and interesting. Facilities are good. Infrastructure is also good. Wi-Fi is available on campus. One museum is made by an archaeology student. Sports and games are conducted every semester. Canteen is okay, not so good.
Faculty: Professor is very helpful towards academics and makes sure every student participates in extra-curricular activities, which is quite good thing. The course curriculum is relevant. Even there are professional course designed for students to be industry-ready. The semester exam is hard. We have to study to pass. If we attend all the lectures, we will give good answers in the exam. This college is affiliated with Banaras Hindu University.
Other: I chose this course for my interest in archeology, the exposure of old temple and stories related to it, and evidence of past is quite interesting topic. As per NEP, this course has fieldwork too. Events are always happening, and national level scholarships are open.

Really good facilities and professors.
Placements: As a social Science student, normally we are not offered any placement on campus, but we do have online groups which help us to find jobs and internships. Also, our professors help us out a lot by sharing every opportunity with us by sending them to us.
Infrastructure: It's a campus full of nature surrounding us and with the holy river Ganga flowing behind us. We are offered a library, canteen, and a knowledge center. Wi-Fi is also available. The hostel is surrounded by greenery and full of life, bustling. It's truly beautiful to stay at.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant, and it does make the students industry-ready. The semester exams are a little difficult in this college, but the teachers teach us to overcome them.

College is average, and there are no placement opportunities.
Placements: Around 15% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. Some top recruiters are Wipro and TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). Most students pursue higher studies.
Infrastructure: Campus is very big, but there are no air conditioners in classrooms except for principal's office. Our college campus also has a library and Wi-Fi facility. There is also a river-view open class in a garden which helps us study in a green environment.
Faculty: All faculty members of our department and as well as other departments are helpful towards students. They are highly qualified from prestigious universities and knowledgeable in all different fields. Semester exams are at a difficult level.
Other: I chose the B.Com Honors course because I'm from a commerce background.

I am satisfied just because of faculty. Some teachers are friendly. Campus is aesthetic.
Placements: Vasanta College is an affiliated college of Banaras Hindu University. Students won't get any placement in this course here and also in BHU. Students can do their Masters or research. Then you can become an assistant teacher.
Infrastructure: The teachers take classes regularly. Mostly, teachers teach well, but some are very boring. Library and Wi-Fi are available. But don't take the hostel in this college. Here, the condition of the hostel is the worst. They keep 7-8 girls in one room. The food condition is also very bad.
Faculty: Here, management is not so good. If they cancel the classes, they don't inform us. They informed us just 5 minutes before. The exams are difficult. The questions are from BHU. If their attendance is less than 75%, they won't allow students to take the examination. The teachers here have very good nature and are qualified as well.

Satisfied with what I am getting in this college.
Placements: I have heard that companies come here and offer suitable jobs. Some of the seniors are posted on Flipkart. Alumni of this college are well settled in their lives. For internships, you have to do it by yourself using apps or online sites, but the commerce faculty here is very up-to-date in this case.
Infrastructure: The faculty and facilities are much better here. Library services and Wi-Fi are available throughout the campus. The hostel is also good. And the food quality is good to average. We are well provided with ground for sports like badminton, basketball, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Professors here are very helpful and qualified. A semester exam will be a piece of cake if you study regularly. Professors help in every possible way. They teach very well. They will help you in every possible way. Classes are held regularly here.
Other: Same as the BHU main campus.

On-campus placement drives are more likely to be organized for students of commerce background. However, students from BBA and MBA have a cut above the rest of the opportunity to be placed. You will be eligible for placement in your 5th semester. Many reputed companies, organisations and NGOs visit
