IIT BHU admissions are done solely on the basis of entrance tests as prescribed by the state/national norms. Merit-based admissions are used at Banaras Hindu University's (BHU) Faculty of Law. This indicates that candidates are chosen based on both their academic standing and how well they performed on the admission exam.
