Students that are looking for housing usually choose paying guest (PG) lodgings or rental apartments in the area. Apartments in the neighboring Chandansar area, for example, cost about INR 5,000 a month and can accommodate four students. An alternative is to pay between INR 1,000 and INR 1,500 per person per month for PG accommodations.

In order to be qualified for the VIVA Institute of Management and Research's (VIMR) Master of Management Studies (MMS) program, applicants must fulfill entrance exam and academic requirements. In terms of academics, candidates must have earned a minimum of 50% of the possible points from a three-year Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university (45% for members of Maharashtra State's backward classes and people with disabilities). Applications are also accepted from candidates doing their final year examinations, as long as they graduate with the necessary percentage.

The closing percentile for the MAH MBA CET 2024 varied from roughly 12 to 59 for different categories, while the general category cutoffs were approximately 50 percentile in previous rounds. Reserved categories had lower cutoff marks for MAT scores, while general categories had cutoffs that were approximately between 22 and 49.
