The review of Vivekanand Institute of Technology and Science.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that good. Only a few companies visited the campus for placements. Companies like Genpact and some robotics companies visited the campus at the end of the placement season. Roles like software engineer and some internships are offered. Around 30% of the students get placed from our college. The placement cell is operational, and they were not able to provide efficient placement opportunities. They are even not able to bring a good number of companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Both the girls' and boys' hostels were available on the campus. Classrooms were okay, but they weren't air-conditioned. Quality of the food offered was good. Hostel rooms were good, and the college also provides the gym facility. The rooms are allocated on the double occupancy basis. I didn't face any issues related to the infrastructure of our college.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college were food. They have completed their M.Tech and PhDs. They offer really good support. Courses followed were under Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Even the evaluation system was good. Industrial visits are also organised regularly. The course curriculum was useful.

This was a good institute during my tenure, 2013.

Placements: Some of our seniors and some from my batch got hired by private companies. Dean said the best private companies would take a bribe to visit the campus for placements, and that is the reason we all got placed by our own and not from college in the companies like Infosys, Sony, Jaypee Cements, Jindal Pipes, etc.

Infrastructure: The whole campus and hostel were fully enabled with Wi-Fi facility. Medical facilities were good inside and outside the college because there was a hospital beside my college. Every day, there are games for hostel boys, for example, volleyball, cricket, and indoor games like carrom, chess, table tennis, and badminton.

Faculty: The faculty members of every department were too good, and the best is from the electrical department because I got in touch with all of them. All the faculty members are well-qualified, well-educated, and knowledgeable about their subject. There were 45-50 students in each section.

Other: Every year, the events are organised by the institute in February. The sports events were extremely good because it includes every sport.

The best college in terms of placements and knowledge.

Placements: The placement of the college has very good placement records as compared to another college in the area. The college is just opposite to Jindal steels, so they are the frequent visitors for the placement and the summer internship in the college. For other branches like CSE and ECE, the most visitors are HCL, TCS, Wipro. In the last year, the maximum package of placement was gone to 15 lakhs per annum, and the minimum was 4.5 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure, and its surrounding is full of greenery and beautiful trees. The canteen of the college is the best for the food even you are away from home. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled, and the classrooms are fully equipped with the digital projectors.

Faculty: The institute has the best faculty among all are the PhD holders. The teaching techniques are very much different from the other. At the time of the exam, there is no need to get referrals from any reference books because students can use the notes which were provided by the teachers. The college also used to conduct many guest lectures which are very useful for the students to get the company exposure.

College life as expected by each and every student. I had a lot of memories in the college

Placements: Speaking about placements in the college, a number of companies visited the college to offer jobs. The maximum number of students were placed in the first round of the campus drive. Companies like Genpact, Logictech, etc offered jobs. I was selected for Logictech and was offered the profile of R&D intern.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was up to the mark. We had a huge playground in all the surrounding colleges. The hostels were very spacious and the classrooms were also very spacious and well-ventilated. The cafeteria was the most loved place in the college. We had a huge library where students got a wide range of books to enrich their knowledge.

Faculty: The faculty members in the college were really good and experienced. The course was strictly followed as per the university norms. They taught us not only the course but also taught us to become a good person in life. They are really very supportive and would give an extra time to students who wanted to grasp extra knowledge or to those who wanted extra care and guidance.

Placements: The placements are average. Mostly, the placements are for the computer science branch. As the college is located near Noida, many companies used to visit from there. Recently, a job fair was conducted by the college and many students were placed in Cyrus group with a good package. The companies that visit mostly are Justdial, Cyrus group, Paytm, and Wipro.

Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure and it is famous for its surrounding among the colleges near it. The full campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The facility is only for the students, faculty members, and the management staff. The library is the place of worship in the college it is really very beautiful and the environment created there for studies is awesome.

Faculty: The college has very good and educated faculty members who are very helpful to the students. They provide special classes for the students who aren't able to understand in the class. Classes are conducted with ppts which they prepare by themselves only. They provide all kinds of notes which are very helpful for the students to score good marks in the exam.

The best college in NCR. There is a good faculty and a very good infrastructure in the college.

Placements: I have got placement in Infosys. There were more than 100 companies which visited our college. I have participated in multiple recruitments of companies and got selected in HCl and I really thank my college for this. I want to suggest class 12th students, to please join this college for the best placements. It specialises in the mechanical and computer science courses.

Infrastructure: VIT has a beautiful building, and all the classes are well air-conditioned. The hostels are also separate for boys and girls. VIT offers an individual room in its hostel, to its students. There is a lot of fun to make oneself healthy through the establishment of the gym and also the food is too good. I just want to say that the infrastructure is very good.

Faculty: The faculty in each department is very good. In the classroom, teachers are focused on each student and assign and check the work given to the students by them. The teacher comes to each student and asks them about their doubt. They also focus on the practicals, which is a good point to add to their merit.
