It is best for computer science students, but not good for civil engineering students because they don't provide any internships or any placements for us.

Good college for affordable engineering education.
Placements: Placements for Electronics Engineering are average. Around 50 percent students get placed every year. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro visit the campus. The average package is around 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Students with good skills and projects get better opportunities and internships.
Infrastructure: The department has good labs, classrooms, a library, and basic Wi-Fi facilities. Electronics labs are decent for practical learning. Hostel facilities are manageable while the mess food is average. Sports and medical facilities are also available for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is satisfactory and teachers help students with academics and projects. The curriculum is relevant but students should learn extra industry skills on their own. Semester exams are moderate difficult.
Other: I chose Electronics Engineering because of my interest in electronics and technology. The course provides both hardware and software knowledge. The college should improve internship opportunities and industry exposure for students.

Colleges are good according to my percentage.
Placements: Around 80% of students are placed every year. The highest package of my college is around 12 LPA, the lowest package is, I think, 3 LPA, and the average package is around 4 to 5 LPA. The top recruitment companies are, I think, Infosys. All students got internships at my college. Roles offered are that I am doing front-end development.
Infrastructure: Facilities are excellent. The food is good, and the hostel staff and security management are well-maintained. Living facilities rooms are cleaned once a week by the staff, and the overall campus is much greener and good for students and local.
Faculty: The faculty is the best I have ever had in my student journey. They are very friendly and explain everything if I get stuck anywhere. Exams are also good and are strictly observed. The CGPA is declared at the end of the semester, and almost all students pass.
Other: College is pretty much good.

Placements could have been better. Faculty is great, really good infrastructure and crowd.
Placements: Placements are average, and only a few students get placed via campus interviews. But still, most get placed off campus, as the college tag helps. Packages offered range from a minimum of 3 LPA to 10-12 LPA max for the CSE branch, and the average is around 5-6 LPA, but surprisingly better for the mechanical branch. Recruiters include TCS, Tech Mahindra, HSBC and a few Pune-based software companies.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is great, with well-equipped labs for soft and core branches, with all the necessary machinery. The Central library is best with Wi-Fi-enabled digital rooms, spacious halls, comfortable seats and over 50,000 books. The canteen is decent, not very fascinating, but okay. The hostel is good.
Faculty: Teachers and all the faculty are great and very supportive, their teaching quality and knowledge in the subjects are up to the mark. Being an autonomous institute, our college has the benefit of changing course curriculum according to industry standards, and so far, it does it too. Exams are conducted as any university would do, no special treatment is given to any student.
Other: I chose this branch (AIML) because AI is the new big thing that's going to change the world, and I personally want to be an integral part of this revolution.

It's a decent college. They give multiple options when it comes to curriculum.
Placements: I am not that sure. I haven't looked into it that much. Don't know the exact percentage of placement. I have seen students get really good internship offers for the course I am studying, so I think it is not on the negative side and has potential.
Infrastructure: It's all alright. I haven't looked into it as much. It is fine, I guess. Hostels are not the best, but they are decent. Some students do complain about the food, but the only thing that troubles them is, as far as I have heard from the students who live in the hostel.
Faculty: The course curriculum is diverse. The teaching quality is good. Semester exams are tough. The senior professors have always the right guidance we have been taken on field trips for on-site knowledge and given opportunities to manage and be creative There is encouragement to participate in various competitions.

Review of Walchand Institute of Technology.
Placements: The companies offered by the college are pretty decent. The highest on-campus package of 9 LPA. A minimum on-campus package of 3 LPA. The study culture is pretty good compared to other colleges. The coding culture is decent. There are different roles offered during placement which include technical and nontechnical too.
Infrastructure: The campus is good with full Wi-Fi equipped. Classrooms are also equipped with projectors. The library is the main attraction of the college. There is one canteen with fast food available during college timings. According to me, this college hostel is the best among its competitors.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is also well-planned and makes students industry-ready. Exams are at a slightly difficult level. There are 4 exams in total three ISE and one end semester.
Other: I have chosen information technology because it is the most trading in today's world. There are many openings in this field.

Review of Walchand Institute of Technology.
Placements: The average package offered is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA, and placements are up to the mark. As expected, students should be skilled, and skilled candidates are placed here. Companies like IBM, Amazon, Byju's, and Flipkart have visited the campus. Additionally, TCS and Infosys have provided me with internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided is outstanding, with a huge campus and Wi-Fi available throughout. We have a large library, and the book lending scheme is open to all. The hostel is also good and is located near the college, allowing students to reach campus on time. The mess is located within the hostel campus, so there’s no worry about food, and its quality is up to the mark.
Faculty: Faculty members are outstanding. Their teaching style and friendly approach are a plus point for students. The course syllabus is relevant, and if studied properly, it certainly prepares you to be industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult, but you need to study hard to pass.
Other: I've chosen CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) because I love coding. As a front-end web developer, I have good opportunities to showcase my talent in the contests conducted here. The extracurricular activities are also up to the mark.

With a percentile of 51 in JEE MAIN if you are thinking of to get admission in Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur then I must say that it's quite hard to get admission with that low score through general quota. You may try via MHT-CET, reserved category or management quota if eligible
