9 years ago I have scored 92.01 %le in cmat 2016 and have BSc in chemistry. Is there any chance to get call for HR ?

Yes, your CMAT percentile is very decent and you may expect a call for HRM.You may apply for the process.

Yes you have high chances of getting call for HR. I would suggest that you enroll for the process. The extended date for registration is 15th Feb.

This seems to be a problem. Only one enrollment is entertained. Now the total decision depends on the college. Lets hope for the best.There is no other way.

50% of total seats are reserved for minorities and christian students. Cut-off is decided by the college and is expected to be less then general cateogry cut off by atleast 20-30 percentile.

You should go for Marketing/Finance/RM. This year Rural management placements are going to be 100% with good number of companies visiting.

MBA in IT is good only if you have a previous IT experience. Placements are average for IT in terms of prefered sectors.If you are really interested then go for it else may re-think
