Good placement and infrastructure.

Placements: Colleges arrange placements on their campuses, and various big companies participate. About 70 to 80% of students get placements. The maximum salary is 9 Lacs, and the minimum salary is 4.5 Lacs per annum. Also, they arrange internships in different places, and stipends are also given to them.

Infrastructure: The college has advanced, decorated classrooms and Wi-Fi facilities. The campus has a green environment, and there is an air-conditioned library with the best collection of books and a big silent study area. The hostels are present, and phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed. There is a place with a variety of playgrounds.

Faculty: Qualified and helpful teachers are present in our college. Almost everyone has completed their doctorate. They use advanced teaching methods. They help with every problem related to study. They always create a friendly environment with students and discuss their problems.

I'm happy with this college.

Placements: Around 75 students got placed in rural management. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest salary package was 1 LPA to 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Ujjivan small finance bank, IDFC, and Polycab India. Around 99% of students got placement in companies like Polycab India, IDFC, Rajeevika BRLPS, JSLPS, Manipal Tata medical college, Annapurna Finance, Ujjivan small finance bank, Bharat financial inclusion ltd, Federal Bank, Support, FES, Centrum, and St Jude India Childcare centers. Around 100% of students got internships in companies like TSF, BRLPS, Srijan foundation, Phia foundation, etc. Students got placements at IDFC as Managers.

Infrastructure: Our college provided the proper facilities needed for the rural management course. Library consisted of many books and online sites were available on the computers in the library. There were proper computer labs with Wi-Fi. Classrooms with air conditioners and projectors were available. Hostel was neat and clean and served tasty food. Food served in the canteen was tasty because the same chef was cooking food in the college and hostel. They served kachori in the breakfast every morning. Canteen kachori was famous as it was tasty.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their teaching quality was very good. They explained every topic very clearly with real-life examples. The course curriculum included some financial subjects, so some finance companies visit our college to offer placements. Many students belonging to accounts or BBA opt for these companies. As I belong to the pandemic batch we attended 18 months of online classes but the last 6 months were memorable and got the opportunity for rural camp visits. Around 98% of students scored a 7 CGPA and more.

Other: I chose this course because my educational background was in Science and I came from a semi-rural area where I spent my childhood observing the rural people and their culture, ethics, lifestyle, etc. I want to work for poor rural people. The best thing about rural management was students learn many things about rural areas and how to manage things happening in rural areas. Our college should focus a bit on urban areas.

It has the best ROI and an excellent platform to get interfaced with top organisations.

Placements: Placements in our college are 100%. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Tata, HDFC, SRLM, SKS, Janalaxmi, ICICI and NPCI. Almost 100% of the students got an internship. The manager is the top role offered. Almost 100% of the students got placed before March. Internship opportunities are provided to all students in companies ranging from CSR to microfinance.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was excellent, and the campus was Wi-Fi enabled. The library had an excellent collection of academic materials and journals. The hostel was according to the stream with Wi-Fi and playground. The mess offered three meals, ensuring correct timing and hygiene.

Faculty: All the professors were qualified and had the experience required to teach in the institution. Teaching pedagogy was modern and acquainted students with the necessary knowledge of the course. The course covered all aspects required to understand and match the requirements of the organisation.

Very good college and have a good experience.

Placements: In this college the placement is almost 90 percent. The highest package was 10 LPA. And the internship the students got was 100 percent. The top companies comes here for the placement and they are - tcs, reliance, hdfc, wipro, WNS etc. The roles offered are manager, leadership, analysts etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good the classroom are big enough all the corridors have a cctv available. Wi-Fi is available in the college, library is also there and the books are sufficient for the students lots of varieties of books are available. The sports and games facilities are also available.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college is too good. The are very qualified and experienced and also have too much of knowledge. The way of teaching of the faculty is too good and also quality of teaching is also nice. The projectors are available in every classroom.

There are good faculty members, and the infrastructure is good. I had a nice experience.

Placements: Placements are very good here as almost all the students got placed. Placements are divided into 2 phase. Almost 90% of the students got placed from our college, and summer internships provided by this college are very good. Almost 100% of the students get summer internships. The average salary package offered here is 5 LPA. Companies which visit our college for placements are TCS, WNS, Byju's, HDFC and many more. Most of the students from the IT branch got placed in very nice companies. Roles like an analyst, relationship manager, etc., are offered here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good, but it does not have a ground. Here Wi-Fi facility is always available, and there are also labs facilities, which are also quite good. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and fans are also available in them. A good library is available on the ground floor, and it has lots of books, magazines and newspapers. Different authors books are also available in it, which is very useful for students. XISS also has separate hostel facilities for girls and boys, but they are situated outside the campus. The food available in our college canteen is good, and different food items are available in it.

Faculty: Faculty members of XISS are very good. Every teacher is quite supportive and is always ready to help students whenever and wherever they require their help. All the faculty members here are very qualified and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is very good, and students can easily understand their teaching. There is a course of studies for students, and according to which, studies are taught for every trimester. I think students studying here are made industry-ready.

The college is at a good location with very good faculty members.

Placements: Placements of XISS has always been good. Placements start from October, and maximum students get placed till February. Companies visit here till March, and the salary packages offered by the companies vary. The average salary package offered in our department is around 6 LPA. Everyone gets an internship offer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, but it is not like all big MBA colleges. For students of around 300 to 350, it is quite a good campus. It also has libraries and Wi-Fi facilities for students. Food in the canteen is good. A cultural programme like Panache happens every year for students.

Faculty: Faculty members of XISS are the best part of the college. Our college has well-experienced faculty members who have great knowledge of the industry and skills are required in the industry after perusing PGDM. PGDM in IT has taught me many things, and I think it is very helpful for me in future.
