You have a good percentile and fine academic record. You may go for the process and apply for PGDM in marketing.

Yes as i already said .Marketing is very high.But you may also get HR.
9 years ago I have received a mail confirming admission to PGDM . But I have left GD/PI of XISS-Ranchi, IMT-Nagpur and XIME-Bangalore. What should I do?

You should apply for two discipline. One you may keep HRM and other (Marketing / Finance).This time the cut off for HRM could be High.
And your friend can go with only one discipline registration of his choice.
