Fashion Designing is a form of art dedicated to the creation of clothing and other lifestyle accessories. Textile Designers can pursue 2 to 4-year Diploma or Degree programmes in Textile designing after class 12. Institutes offering specialized postgraduate programmes in Textile Designing ask for wither graduation in textile design and allied subjects or may conduct entrance tests for their programmes.

Fashion designers can usually earn Rs. 12, 000 to Rs 15, 000 per month as a fresher. The remuneration also depends upon the designer's team, and working area. Textile designers from reputed design schools earn between than Rs. 15,000 to Rs.20, 000 per month during training for a job.
