AICTE-CII survey to benchmark quality education

Finally, AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) joins hands with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to conduct an yearly Survey of Industry-Academia Collaboration in Technical Institutions. The idea is to ascertain the best practices followed by institutions and industry along with recognizing them and creating a benchmark of quality education in the country. The AICTE-CII Survey goes beyond Engineering & Technology to cover other disciplines including Food, Agriculture and allied ,Management, Architecture, Planning and Pharmacy.
The 2013 survey seeks to award Top Industry-linked Institutes under each of the disciplines.

Institute Eligibility: AICTE approved institutes, AICTE approved University departments and NITs
- For Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy verticals: AICTE approved institutes, AICTE approved University departments, NITs which have been in existence for at least 10 years as on 1st August 2013.
- For management vertical: AICTE approved University departments which have been in existence for at least 5 years as on 1st August 2013.

- Filing of applications : May 9, 2013 – July 15, 2013
- Announcement of results: November 7, 2013
