AP EAMCET 2016 Counseling.

The counseling process for AP EAMCET 2016 will begin as soon as the results are out. Interested candidates can fill up the registration form for AP EAMCET 2016, available online in order to successfully apply for the exam. AP EAMCET is a national level entrance examination, conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) on behalf of the AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The registration process for the exam begins from February 3, 2016 and will be continued till March 21, 2016. Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2016 exam is scheduled April 29, 2016 across various cities in Andhra Pradesh.

The list of colleges offering courses will be releasing the information booklet for counseling in due course once the results are out. Selected candidates will be called for the counseling procedure in different colleges along with their documents. Please note that students need to carry their original as well as the photocopies of the original document to the centre on the day of counseling.

Through AP EAMCET candidates can secure admissions into engineering, architecture and medical courses at different colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Please note that applicants need to pass their 10+2 from a recognized board with Mathematics and English as main subjects to be able to apply for the exam. Those who have not yet applied for the exam can go through the eligibility criteria for AP EAMCET 2016. The exam paper of AP EAMCET will have objective type questions based on subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. There will be a total number of 160 questions, out of which, 80 questions will be from Mathematics section and 40 questions will be asked from Physics and Chemistry. The exam duration of AP EAMCET 2016 will be three hours.

AP EAMCET 2016 results will be declared on May 16, 2016 on the official website of exam conducting authority.

Please note that AP EAMCET used to be the common exam for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but after their partition in 2015, both the states started their individual exam. Now, Andhra Pradesh conducts AP EAMCET, and Telangana host TS EAMCET for aspirants in their states.
