Application process for KIITEE 2015

The registrations for KIITEE(Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination) 2015 began on December 2 on the official website. The last date for the same is March 25, 2015. Click here to apply online.

KIITEE 2015 will be held from April 21 to April 30, 2015 for admissions to UG and PG programs offered by the University. Check out KIITEE 2015 Important dates on shiksha.com.

To register for the exam, students need to avail the application form along with the prospectus online. Please note that no hardcopies of the same will be provided. Students can register for the exam online at http://www.kiitee.ac.in or http://www.kiit.ac.in. They can also download the form from the official website.  

The filling up of KIITEE 2015 online application form involves the following step:

1. Browse the official website of KIIT : http://www.kiitee.ac.in or http://www.kiit.ac.in
2. Select ‘the option which says Online Application’/‘Download’ (If you want to download, take the print out of downloaded Application Form’).
3. After Step 2, its recommended for aspirants to go through the instructions thoroughly to fill up the form.
4. After you have read the instructions, fill up online application form and submit.
5. Take the print out of your application form that mentions the registration number.
6. Paste the photographs in the space provided for it.
7. Sign on the area which says ‘Signature’. Signature are required by both the candidate and their parent/guardian.
8. Dispatch the form along with two passport size photographs pasted in appropriate place and 10th Pass Certificate/Mark sheet.

For downloaded application form:

The print out of online application form/ filled in downloaded application form should be submitted in person or sent by post (Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier) to "The Director, Admissions, KIIT University, Koel Campus, Bhubaneswar - 751024, Odisha, India". Please note that it should the above mentioned address on or before March 25, 2015( 5.00 p.m).

The status of application forms can be checked on the official website after 20 days of its dispatch to KIIT.

Points to remember:

• Make sure that the supplication form is not damaged.
• The application form should be complete and filled in all respects. Each and every field should be filled in properly.
• The completed application form must contain the Candidate's & Parent's / Guardian's signature.
• Please paste and not staple your recent passport size (4cmX5cm) photograph. Please note that photograph should be taken after December 1, 2014.
• Please do not fold or crease the application in any other manner.
• Do not overwrite/scribble on your printed application form.
• Please stick to the time schedule listed in the calendar of events.
• Incomplete or incorrect or illegible application is liable for rejection without prior information.
• Application received after the last date will be rejected without prior information.
• DO NOT send any Original documents along with the application form.
• Any application received not adhering to these specifications is liable to be rejected without any clarification. The decision of the KIIT Committee on this would be final and binding.
