Engineering and operations graduate programme

Applications are invited by BG Group for its engineering and operations graduate programme. It is a two-year graduate development programme designed to build on the knowledge you've gained at university, enhance your technical and practical skills.

During the two year programme, you could have up to three or four assignments, at least one of which is away from your home country. Experience different working cultures as you build your understanding of the organization and industry. After your programme, in a substantive role, it is possible that you could enjoy opportunities to work internationally throughout the rest of your career. One will be provided with opportunities to manage their own professional development and build the basis for future career.

The applicants need to complete and submit application online. If your online application meets the initial selection criteria, for certain disciplines and countries, you will be invited to take online numerical and verbal reasoning tests. Short listed candidates will be invited for a technical face-to-face interview with a functional manager. Finally the incumbents will be invited to a graduate selection centre.

The selection centre is a simulated work experience designed to elicit graduates' natural behaviours and future potential. During the selection centre you will be asked to participate in a number of different exercises, both as a group and individually.
