Biocon KGI Certificate Programme in Biosciences launches in Jan, 2014

The educational wing of the Indian pharmaceutical giant Biocon - The Biocon Academy - in partnership with the California-based Keck Graduate Institute will kick off a brand new program christened as Biocon KGI Certificate Programme in Biosciences.
Expected to be launched on January 9, 2014, this flagship program of the institute aims to groom graduate and post graduate students into professionals to tackle the evolving challenges of the Biotech industry.
The program includes three major components:
- Technical course modules
- Professional Skills module
- Industry-Academy Interactions
Eligibility criteria:
- BE/B.Tech: Biotechnology/Industrial Biotechnology
- MSc., Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biology
- B.Pharm
- CGPA 7.5 (71 percentage) and above
- Break in career 1 year and less from HSC/PUC to the current highest degree.
Duration of the course: 16 weeks
