Check your employability score with TSAT
While India has lakhs of new graduates passing out every year, a significantly small section has the necessary aptitude and skill set required to be employable. TSAT is nation-wide online test to help check the employability level of students and graduates. Launched by Talentsprint, a talent & partner company of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), TSAT measures the aptitude of graduate students and gives them an individual employability score.
TSAT will test and evaluate candidates on their quantitative, reasoning and verbal abilities. It is estimated that more than 25,000 students from colleges across India will be participating in TSAT. Top 250 performers will get scholarships and access to Talent Sprint’s corporate recruitment partners. Students can register themselves for the test without any charge.
Dr Santanu Paul, MD and CEO of TalentSprint said, "India will produce 50 lakh graduates in 2013. Industry is offering only 5-7 lakh jobs to them. Most college students are not even aware of their employability quotient. Since most employers select fresh graduates based on a combination of numerical, logical and verbal reasoning abilities, we are conducting TSAT to provide a clear reflection of each student's employability so they can spruce up their skills before facing the job market."
