Delhi Metro recommends IITs to start Metro Tech courses

Delhi metro rail has become an integral part of the transportation in Delhi and it is spreading its wings in other cities as well. The Delhi metro is looking forward for specialized engineers who can deal well in metro technology.

E Sreedharan, Managing Director of Delhi Metro urged that the Post Graduate Courses in different disciplines concerning to Metro Technology should be launched in IITs.

The department is not only looking for civil engineers, but it does require the professionals in Electrical, Signaling and Air-Conditioning Engineering.
