IIT Delhi invites aspiring entrepreneurs
If you are a student and want to be an entrepreneur, then IIT Delhi can give you a platform to give wings to your plans. At its annual e-summit to be held in the third week of February, there would be workshops, competitions and presentations by start-up owners and
aspiring entrepreneurs.
At this event, IIT Delhi invites students to pitch their plan in a two-minute-long presentation. On the basis of this, around 15 students would be shortlisted who will be made to compete again in finals. A dozen venture capitalists would select one winner from the competition. The winner would stand to win a prize money of Rs 2 lakh.
Founders of start-ups are also invited to showcase their projects in the summit. There would be panel discussions by industry experts on green technology and social entrepreneurship.
The event would also comprise workshops on ‘How to make a business plan’ and ‘Startups: skills and strategies’. The competition is open to any student/ young entrepreneur.
