International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) is an annual world championship competition for high school students. The Indian team won two Silver & three Bronze medals at the 54th IMO.

International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) is a world championship competition for high school students. IMO is held every year in different countries. The 54th IMO, held this year at Santa Marta, Colombia during July 18-28, saw the participatio of 548 students from 97 countries. The Indian team brought home two Silver & three Bronze medals.

This winning team from India comprised six students sponsored by HBCSE (Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education). These students were facilitated on August 1, 2013 at HBCSE in Mumbai.

Silver Medal winners: Shubham Sinha (New Delhi), Sangik Saha (Kolkata West Bengal)

Bronze Medal winners: Anish Prasad Sevekari (Pune-Maharashtra), Pallav Goyal (Chattisgarh), Pranab Nuti (Hyderabad-Andhra Pradesh)
