JEE Advanced 2014: Know topper profiles
JEE Advanced 2014 was conducted on May 25 and the exam results of the same got declared on June 9, 2014.
Udaipur based Chitraanga Murdia(IIT Delhi zone) secured an AIR(All India Rank) 1 with a score of 334 out of 360, while, Govind Lohati from MP, Indore emerged as the third topper with an AIR 3 and a score of 332. Both toppers are from Allen Coaching institute, Kota.
Though the name of the second topper hasn’t yet been announced, sources informed that the aspirant is from the IIT Madras zone. The complete information is still awaited.
This year, only five girls made it to the list of top 100 rankers (two girls in Top 50). Out of these, Aditi from IIT Roorkee zone emerged as the topper with an All India Rank of 7. She completed her boards from Swami Sant Dass Public School in Jalandhar and scored 95.4% in her senior secondary examination.
Bagging the AIR 21 rank, Srajan Garg is the Delhi topper in JEE Advanced 2014.
Going by the trend and difficulty level of the exam this year, the cut off marks for general category students is expected to hit the mark of 126. You can click here to check out the expected cut offs for JEE Advanced 2014.
