Yes, I was not expecting this score because when I gave the paper and when I tallied with the answer key, I was not expecting to score around 160-164.

I plan to give JEE Advanced and study for it and try to cut a decent rank in it.
Q. Are you planning to apply for any institutes through JEE Main 2014?
I am planning to apply for NITs but my first preference is actually BITS. But if I do not get through BITS I would go for admission in an NIT. And once the applications start which is actually on July 7, I will apply for all the NITs.
Q. Which are the NITs in which you are planning to apply for admission?
That would be NIT Trichy, actually I would be applying for any good NIT that I would be getting on my rank in JEE.
Q. Which engineering streams are looking for to get admission?
My first preference would be computer science but if I do not get it then I would prefer to get admitted in petroleum, chemical and electrical side.
Q. Which would be your preference- Getting admission in a newer IIT or an older NIT?
My preference would actually be the older NIT because the newer IITs, they are actually IITs but I feel the older NITs would be better for admissions.
Q. Have you given any other engineering entrance exams as well this year and can you rank them on the basis of through which you would like to take admission?
Yes, I gave VITEEE, MU OET exam, UPtech and I am looking forward to giving Jamia, BITS and IP. My first preference would be BITS then NITs. Basically after BITS and NITs every institute would be equal for me, I might give Manipal and edge over the others. But all the others would be equal.
