Not even a full day left for the JEE Main 2015!  A majority of you might be suffering from the pre-exam stress and a few of you would have even become victims of anxiety sweating thinking about how you are going to perform on the exam day.

However, you could shoo away all your stress and tension simply by avoiding silly mistakes on the day of the exam to boost your performance.

Here are the 10 silly mistakes you need to avoid tomorrow.

It is high time for all of you to be prepared for the pen and paper test. But the first principle is that you must not fool yourself by carrying just a pen to the examination hall.

So here is a checklist of all that you should keep in mind or carry to the JEE Main(Joint Entrance Examination) 2015 examination centre for the exam tomorrow:

1.       A lot of vigour: Carry to the exam centre a lot of energy. No last minute cramming. Take the exam with an alert brain.

2.       Admit Card: Keep in mind that if you do not have your admit card, you would not be allowed to sit in the exam. Therefore, carry an extra copy of your admit card in order to avoid any last minute difficulty. Also, make sure that your admit card is in proper state (not crumbled) and your name, as well as photograph is clear.

3.       Identity Proof: It is advisable for you to carry a legitimate ID card or document for the purpose of verification. You can carry any one of the following: 

• Passport

• Driving License

• Voter ID card

• IT Pan Card.

• School/College ID

4. Documents: Do not forget to carry the necessary and required documents for JEE Main 2015. Make sure that you carry them all. Click here to check the documents that you need to carry to the exam centre.

5.       Stationery: Carry good quality blue and black pens to fill the OMR answer sheet. Also, carry a few extra pens. Do not forget to carry a geometry box set, pencils, erasers, colour pencils or crayons if you are appearing for Paper 2. 

6.       A water bottle : Carry a bottle of drinking water along with you. 

Given below is the list of things you need to remember:

  1. Be present at the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of exam i.e. by 9 AM for Paper 1 and by 1:30 PM for Paper 2. Check JEE Main 2015 detailed time schedule here!
  2. You would not be given entry to the examination hall once the exam has commenced.
  3. Check and ensure that the test booklet contains as many number of pages as written on the top of its cover page.
  4. Use of pencil for filling the OMR answer sheet is strictly prohibited.
  5. Check that you do not carry any electronic item or textual material to the exam hall.
  6. You would not be allowed to leave the exam hall before the conclusion of exam.
