NAT 2016: Eligibility Criteria and Exam Centers
Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT), Panipat is conducting the National Admission Test (NAT) for admissions to various B.Tech programmes. NAT 2016 exam is scheduled to be conducted on June 3, 2016, the online registration for which has already been started. Candidates can apply for NAT 2016 exam by visiting the official website of APIIT. The online registration fee for NAT 2016 is Rs.700, however, the students taking admission in APIIT through NAT will be exempted to pay Development fees every year.

The application process of NAT 2016 had begun on October 15, 2015 and the same will end on May 31, 2016. The candidates have enough time to fill the application form for NAT 2016. NAT 2016 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must pass 10+2 exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Computer.
- He/she must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case candidate belongs to the reserved category) in 10+2 in the above subjects taken together.
- Candidate with any other qualification considered as equivalent by University will be excepted.
- Candidate must complete 17 years of age on the 1st date of the month of admission (the joining details has not be announced by the university yet).

Candidates will be allotted the test centers on priority basis, however, if the number of applicants for a particular center is less, the institute has the right to change the test center of candidates. However, he/she will be allotted a different center based on their 2nd or 3rd priority.
Also, the applicants must note that their User ID and Password to be used during the exam will only be sent to them through SMS or Email, 3 hours before the exam.
