NAT 2016 Syllabus & Pattern
NAT(National Admission Test) 2016 will be conducted by Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT), Panipat on June 3, 2016 for admissions to various B.Tech programmes offered by APIIT.
The online registration for NAT 2016 will end on May 31, 2016. Candidates interested in various engineering courses can apply for NAT 2016 online here. All the important dates related to NAT 2016 has been updated on the official website of APIIT.

According to the information published on the official website of NAT 2016, 50% of seats (including 15% All India Category seats) will be executed by the Haryana State Counseling Society through ‘Online off campus’ centralized counseling method. This method is based on the results of JEE 2015 (Main) Merit Ranking. Also, the remaining 50% seats are for students who score a rank in NAT exam. All the other details related to the exam such as syllabus and pattern, eligibility criteria, and test centers have been updated on the official website of APIIT.

NAT 2016 Pattern:
Here is the exam pattern of NAT 2016.
- NAT 2016 will consists of 100 multiple choice questions divided equally between Mathematics and Physics.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- The exam paper will follow negative marking system, where each correct answer will earn 3 marks and each wrong answer will lead to deduction of one mark.
The expected date of the declaration of results of NAT 2016 is June 10, 2016 and the admissions for the same will begin from the second week of June next year. However, the classes will only begin from August 1, 2016. You can get the other important dates related to NAT 2016 exam here!
