NCR fares well on Private Engineering College Rankings
New Delhi, June 16 - The National Capital Region has fared well in the private engineering college rankings. We have the JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE) in Noida; the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), again in Noida, The Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghaziabad, ITM University, Gurgaon, and Gaglotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET)in Greater Noida among the top private engineering colleges in India.
JSSATE, the campus of which was inaugurated in 2003 by the then president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Azad, offers various postgraduate courses in computer science and engineering, electronics and communications, manufacturing systems technology, computer applications, and business administration.
Graduate courses include computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation and control engineering, manufacturing technology and civil engineering.
