PAU MET Civil Engineering Exam

Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) will be conducting PAU Master’s -Civil Engineering Entrance Exam (PAU MET-CE 2013), On June 21st 2013, for admission to M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering/Structural Engineering) programs at the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology for the academic session 2013.

Note: Only those candidates who are residents of Punjab or Union Territory of Chandigarh are eligible for seeking admission to masters programs.

Courses Offered: M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering/Structural Engineering)

Eligibility:

Candidates should have bachelors or equivalent degree in Civil/Agricultural Engineering or a related field of engineering.

Exam Pattern:

The paper shall contain 200 multiple choice type questions. Each question will carry one mark and 1/4 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The subjects for the Common Entrance Test will be Physics; Chemistry; Biology or Mathematics or Agriculture.

While Physics and Chemistry are compulsory for all candidates, candidates can appear in Biology or Mathematics or Agriculture. The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
