PhD Admissions at IIT Kanpur
Indian Institute of Technology – Kanpur has invited applications for admission to its PhD programmes for the session commencing December 2013.
Eligibility:
PhD (Engineering):
- M.Tech. /ME./M.Sc.(Engg.) degree in the respective or allied area
- The candidates with Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or Master's degree in Sciences in an allied area with exceptional academic record and having a valid GATE score may also apply
PhD in Industrial and Management Engineering (IME): Master's degree in Management
Ph.D. (Sciences & HSS):M.Sc. /M.A. Degree in respective or allied area with a valid GATE/UGC/CSIR score.
PhD in BSBE: Candidate with MBBS, B.Pharma or M.Pharma Degree
Application fee: Rs. 400 for General and OBC candidates, and Rs. 200 for SC/ST candidates and all PD. candidates (including General and OBC). Aspirants need to pay the fee through a demand draft payable to The Registrar, IIT Kanpur payable at Kanpur.
