SRMEE 2014: Counselling procedure & Documents to carry
The results for Sri Ramaswamy Memorial entrance exam 2014 (SRMEE 2014) which is conducted by Sri Ramaswamy Memorial (SRM) University has been declared on May 3, 2014. Candidates will be called for counselling on the basis of the rank they achieve in the entrance exam. Counselling on basis of Sri Ramaswamy Memorial engineering entrance exam 2014 will be conducted from May 17 to May 24, 2014.

The date and time for counselling will be mentioned on the rank card issued to each candidate. Each applicant will have to download and take a printout of their counselling letter and counselling record from SRMEE’s website and carry it at the time of counselling.
SRM University would not allow candidates to change their date or time of counseling. Also, if a candidate does not personally appear before the Admission Committee for counseling/Interview on the date and time allotted to him then his seat would be offered to the next candidate in order of merit.
SRMEE 2014; Documents to carry for counselling
Candidates would need to carry the below mentioned documents for their counselling round at Sri Ramaswamy Memorial (SRM) University:
- Counselling call letter / Provisional allotment letter
- SRMEE - 2014 Rank Card / Hall Ticket (except for B.Arch).
- NATA score card for B.Arch only.
- High School (Class X) marks sheet.
- Marks sheet of qualifying examination.
- Community certificate (issued by the competent authority).
- Demand Draft for Rs. 1,00,000/- towards part of tuition fee or full tuition fee whichever is less. DD should be drawn in favour of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai.
- Balance tuition fee, if any, should be paid before the last date stipulated by the University failing which the admission offer would stand cancelled.
Candidates should ensure that all the documents they are carrying are authentic because a thorough verification of each and every document would be conducted by the Counselling Committee. If a candidate fails to furnish any of these documents or the committee finds them to be providing false information then such candidates would not be allowed to take part in the counselling process.
