VTUEEE 2016 Counseling!
The counseling process for VTUEEE 2016 is expected to begin in May, soon after the results are declared. Candidates who have already applied for the exam can check details related to VTUEEE 2016 counseling process on the official website of Veltech Technical University. VTUEEE 2016 is a national level “Scholarship Eligibility Test” conducted by the Veltech Technical University to offer admissions to various engineering programmes. Veltech Technical Engineering Entrance Exam (VTUEEE) 2016 exam will be conducted in two parts i.e. Phase I and Phase II. The phase I exam is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2016, whereas the Phase II exam will be conducted on April 24, 2016. The last date to apply for Phase I exam was January 18, 2016, and for Phase II exam it’s April 15, 2016.

Selected candidates will be called for the counseling process once the results are out. Applicants are required to submit their documents in original along with a set of photocopies, during the VTUEEE 2016 counseling. There will be an open counseling for the students who are appearing in JEE Main 2016 and those who will not be able to appear for VTUEEE 2016 first counseling. The university may also call students who will apply directly to university for admission and will only be selected if they fulfill the eligibility criteria for VTUEEE 2016.

Candidates must produce following documents at the time of counseling:
- VTUEEE 2016 Hall Ticket/VTUEEE 2016 Score Card/Call Letter
- Xerox copy of Aadhar Card/Ration Card
- Class X or XII Board Certificate as date of birth proof
- Marks Sheet of Qualifying Examination (+2 or equivalent) if available
- Community Certificate (for all categories except general)
- Nativity Certificate (for candidates who belongs to Jammu and Kashmir and North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura)
- Non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs.24, 000/- drawn in favour of “Vel Tech Dr. RR & Dr. SR Technical University”, payable at Chennai.
- Candidates without demand draft will not be permitted to attend the counseling.
Veltech University will be offering an online counseling option to candidates, who will not be able to attend VTUEEE 2016 counseling in person at the university campus. The students will be given a link to attend the counseling online, however, the link will be active only after the results are declared.
VTUEEE 2016 exam will be held at different locations across India. Interested candidates can go through the eligibility criteria for VTUEEE 2016 to be sure that they are eligible for the exam. Candidates appearing for VTUEEE 2016 Phase I exam, shall avail the benefit of 2015 fee structure. On the other hand, those appearing for Phase II exam will have to make the payment as per the revised fee structure of 2016.
