VTUEEE 2016 Application Form & Process
The online application process for Phase II VTUEEE(Veltech Technical University Engineering Entrance Exam) 2016 exam is ending today, April 15. VTUEEE 2016 exam is being conducted in two parts i.e. Phase I and Phase II. While the phase I exam was scheduled on January 24, 2016, the Phase II exam of VTUEEE 2016 will be held from April 15 - April 30, 2016. These exams will take place at different locations in India for admission to various engineering programmes offered by the university. VTUEEE 2016 is a national level “Scholarship Eligibility Test” conducted by Veltech Technical University every year.

Applicants can take a look at the eligibility criteria for VTUEEE 2016 to make sure they fulfill all the necessary requirements to appear for the exam. The application process for VTUEEE is same as last year. Interested candidates can go through the complete process to understand how the registration is done. Please note that the candidates appearing for VTUEEE 2016 Phase I exam, shall avail the benefit of 2015 fee structure. VTUEEE 2016 Application Process
Candidates can apply for VTUEEE 2016 using both online and offline mode by paying Rs. 750 as application fees. Following instructions will help students in filling up the registration form without any hassle.
Instructions for candidates applying online
- Aspirants will have to keep a softcopy (scanned copy) of recently taken passport size colour photograph with 10 kb - 300 kb (Dimensions - 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) in jpg/jpeg/png format to apply online.
- The softcopy (scanned copy) should have signature of the Candidate.
- They must fill the online application form for VITUEEE 2016 with details such as name, address, email ID, phone number, course, etc. in the application form.
- They must submit a photocopy of their class 12th documents/high school certificates/personal ID proof like Pan Card/Aadhaar Card/Driving License.
- Candidates can make payment through Internet Banking facility/ Net banking / Debit card and Credit card. However, they should be careful while sharing the details online.
- Students must enter valid mobile number and E-mail ID.
- Candidates will receives all the confirmations through SMS from LMVELTEC. Only the Hall Ticket will be sent by E-mail to each applicant.
- In case, the transaction is found unsuccessful, even after the amount being deducted from account, wait for 2 working days as it may take two days to complete. But, if the transaction is still incomplete even on 3rd day, send a mail to webadmin@veltechuniv.edu.in, addressing the issue.

Instructions for candidates applying offline
- Aspirants can apply for VTUEEE 2016 by sending a demand draft for Rs.750/- drawn in favour of “ Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR Technical University”, payable at Chennai, to The Director- UG along with request letter containing the full address of the applicants for admission.
- They can directly avail the form from the designated branches of post offices on cash payment of Rs. 750/-.
- Candidates can even hand over a DD for Rs.750 /- in person at VELTECH University, Avadi, Chennai or at VTU’s Administrative Offices to confirm their registration.

VTUEEE 2016 will be a paper & pencil test and its duration will be two and a half hours. Appearing candidates can take a look at the syllabus and pattern for VTUEEE 2016 to start their preparations now. VTUEEE 2016 results for the Phase I exam will be declared on February 10, 2016, and the Phase II results will be out on May 4, 2016.
