People are working at different levels and on various pay packages. Many private organizations offers much better salary and far better facilities to their employees if we compare it with others or even with government departments also. In private sector there is not limit for your salary and perk it all depends on your caliber and your hard work. But still there is a mind set of people in our country that parents want their children should apply for some or other government job. People feel that there is a job security and future security in government job. Majorly parents make sure that their children apply for some or the other government job if they are eligible for that. There are still many youngsters who religiously prepare for government jobs and their single goal is to clear the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) examination to get a government job.

Union government recruitment is done through Staff Selection Commission (SSC) all over India throughout the year. SSC recruits people on behalf of the central government.
