The Civil Services Examination (CSE) is a prestigious exam of the country. It is conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

CSE mains were conducted in the October 2011 and about 12,993 students appeared for the exam of which, only 2,418 have managed to clear the exam.

Personality tests or Interviews will begin from March 19 for those who have successfully qualified the exam. It is expected that 900 students will be selected this year.

A total of 550 candidates have appeared from Hyderabad only and it is expected that more than 330 candidates have cleared the exam.
