I would not recommend this college to students.

Placements: Internships were offered in our college. Few students got placed, and the salary package was not decent.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not attractive. Our campus was not maintained properly. Classrooms were also not good. Drinking water facility was average. Washrooms were not provided. The colour of the building got faded.

Faculty: Teachers were not responsive. Few teachers were the best to give their output to students. The course curriculum was not good. It was very easy to pass the semester exams as papers were not hard, and strict actions were not taken against students.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Co-curricular activities were average. Our college should improve activities with proper guidance. Festivals and important national days were celebrated with great joy and harmony. You will find new friends here. The campus life was not good

Overall, it is a bad college in North Bengal.

Placements: The institute provides placement support to the students after the completion of their course, but they do not try to bring good companies. Two or three companies visited the college in 2015. 10% placement was recorded, last year. The students were offered the salary of Rs. 6000 per month.

Infrastructure: The institute provides many classrooms, library and labs. The institute does not provide Wi-Fi facilities to the students. Sports and medical facilities are available. Quality of food in the canteen is average. The hostel facility is available. I faced the problem of politics in the college during my tenure.

Faculty: The teachers in our college were good. They were regular to the college. Their teaching quality was good, but the students do not attend the classes daily. The faculty used verbal teaching method. The institute offers arts, commerce and science. Many students are studying arts with Bangla honour.

Other: The college campus is good. The scholarship is provided to the students.

A beautiful college in the locality of Islampur, West Bengal.

Placements: Most of the students can find a better university after completing the course here. The highest salary is Rs. 10,500 per month. The lowest salary is Rs. 9,500 per month. It's not an internship-type college. In this college, you can sharpen your knowledge by learning things deeply.

Infrastructure: An ordinary college that has no special treatment for its students. Even though they don't have proper class infrastructure, and when they organized any sports, the judges were based only on English to maintain the cultural atmosphere here.

Faculty: The best part of this college is its teachers and their teaching techniques. Most of them are helpful, and they guide their students even after class time. As I'm a student of English honours, I can claim that it'll build up your future. Examination difficulties are quite similar to those of most colleges under North Bengal University.

Other: I chose this course because I want to dive into the ocean of world literature and know it more closely, so I chose it and am happy with that decision. Though your academic years will be going without any special events, you can enjoy yourself here.
