M.A.	Candidate must have completed BA with Economics as a cognate subject from a recognised University.
M.Com	Candidate must have completed B.Com./BBM/BBA from a recognised University.
M.Sc.	Candidate must have completed Bachelor Degree with Chemistry as a cognate subject from a recognised University.
MSW	Candidate must have completed any Bachelor Degree from a recognised University.

Established in 1999, Kristu Jayanti College is a private institute. The college offers courses in affiliation with Bengaluru North University. The college is accredited with a 'A+' by NAAC. It also holds strong ranking. 

Mount Carmel college has many departments under the 4 main schools/streams. Department of Biochemistry, Department of Communication Studies, Department of Hindi, Department of Biotechnology, Department of Economics and Public Policy etc. are some of the departments at Mount Carmel College.
