The Dibrugarh University, application fee is a non-refundable payment. There is no provision for cancelling submitted application. However, if more than one payment is made for the same programme from the same user account, then extra amount may be refunded after verification. In such a case, the applicant must file a claim within ten days from the date of transaction through the email mentioned in the application portal. In the email, the applicant must mention details like their name, mobile number, programme applied for, refund amount, date of transaction etc. Screenshots of their bank's debit SMS or any other proof may also be attached with the mail for faster processing.
