NIELIT 2026 DLC (CCC/BCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC): The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology has released the NIELIT 2026 DLC (CCC/BCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC) exam dates for the July-August cycle at student.nielit.gov.in. The DLC (CCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC/BCC) examination for July & August 2026 will be conducted from August 31 to September 4. Admit cards will be available on August 22, 2026. NIELIT 2026 DLC (CCC/BCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC) exam is being held for various Digital Literacy Courses.

The NIELIT Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) fee is INR 100 in addition to the requisite fees for the applied Theory/Practical modules. The required fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card or through CSCs. If the fee is not paid before the final date, then the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the examination.
Yes, it is compulsory to fill out the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF). There is no provision for offline or physical forms. Here to note is that the Physical Examination Application Form has been discontinued from the July 2013 Examination onwards.

- Uploading of documents: Upload your scanned photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression as per the official specifications.
- Payment of fee: Pay the NIELIT 2026 application fee online (net banking/debit card/credit card), NEFT/RTGS or through CSC SPV services. Additional service charges will be added based on the payment method. The nearest CSC SPV could be checked using the online locator.

NIELIT 2026 Admit Card
NIELIT 2026 admit card for the July-August cycle of DLC (CCC/BCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC) will be released on August 22, 2026, tentatively. The details regarding the allotted exam centre, date, timings and guidelines can be checked through the NIELIT 2026 hall ticket. While reporting at the exam centre, the candidates had to present their NIELIT 2026 admit card for DLC (CCC/BCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC) July-Aug cycle and a valid identity proof.
Steps to download the NIELIT admit card 2026
The NIELIT registration fee is non-refundable. The one-time, non-refundable registration fee is neither refundable nor adjustable against any other payments or purposes. The registration process is mentioned in the guidelines mentioned on the Online Student Portal.
NIELIT registration application status can be checked in the online student portal at student.nielit.gov.in by providing the registration application number received by a candidate during the filling the Online Registration Application Form (ORAF).
As per the official website, there is no need to send the documents. A declaration is provided by the authorities to the candidates that if they provide any wrong or inaccurate information in Online Registration Application form, they will be responsible for further legal or other consequences.

- Click on the admit card link.
- Candidates must select their course level.
- The exam year and the exam name must be selected.
- Candidates will have to submit their application number and date of birth.
- The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Candidates will have to download and print out the hall ticket for future use.
NIELIT 2026 Result
NIELIT 2026 results for the DLC (CCC/BCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC) will be released online. Candidates can check their exam scores on the NIELIT result 2026. Registration for the July 2026 NIELIT exam cycle is open until March 31, 2026, for O, A, and C levels for both direct and institute candidates. For A/C level institute candidates, the deadline is extended to April 10, 2026.
