BTech is provided in various specialisations like Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence), and others. At the PG (postgraduate) level, the college gives MPharm, MSc, MTech, MBA, and other courses to students. The college also gives lateral entry, diploma, and various other courses to students.

Jamia Hamdard University Delhi is UGC approved. JHU Delhi is accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with A+ Grade.

As per the information valid on the official website of the Jamia Hamdard, it does not mention any provision of direct admission to the BPharm course. However, it is clearly mentioned that candidates with valid scores in either JEE Mains or NEET can get admission to the BPharm course. Candidates who have not appeared in these entrance exams are also eligible to apply. Further, to get enrolled in the BPharm (Lateral) course, the university releases the merit list of the candidates according to the applicants' secured scores in the DPharm course.

Candidates who are applying for BTech at Jamia Hamdard do require JEE Main score for admission. Along with JEE Main, aspirants must also have passed Class 12 examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one of the following: Computer Science, Chemistry, Electronics from CBSE or any other Board with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate for admission to BTech programme.

The requirement of CUET score varies course-wise at Jamia Hamdard. The university considers CUET scores for admission to BSc, BSc (Hons), BA (Hons), BA, BJMC, BCom, BBA and BMS programmes. Besides passing CUET, aspirants must also fulfill the eligibility requirements specific to the preferred programme. The final selection is done considering both CUET and qualifying exam scores of the aspirants.
