Jamia Hamdard University has a big campus and offers various facilities to students. The deemed to be university provides hostel facilities to students. Hamdard University has a badminton court, basketball court, football ground, and others. The university has two attached hospitals, a 550 bedded Modem Medicine Hospital and another 150 bedded Unani Medicine Hospital. The university also has a central library.

According to information gathered from various sources, the general Jamia Hamdard cutoff is between 359 and 186. The cutoff is different every year. Candidates for the BPharm programme are chosen by Jamia Hamdard based on their NEET-UG or JEE Main scores and a minimum of 50% of their Class 12 PCM/B grades. Although candidates who are not NEET or JEE qualified will be given preference, non-NEET and non-JEE candidates may also apply. Applicants who took both biology and math in their 12th grade must apply individually on the JEE Main and NEET forms.
