According to information gathered from various sources, the general Jamia Hamdard cutoff is between 359 and 186. The cutoff is different every year. Candidates for the BPharm programme are chosen by Jamia Hamdard based on their NEET-UG or JEE Main scores and a minimum of 50% of their Class 12 PCM/B grades. Although candidates who are not NEET or JEE qualified will be given preference, non-NEET and non-JEE candidates may also apply. Applicants who took both biology and math in their 12th grade must apply individually on the JEE Main and NEET forms.

Candidates seeking admission to courses offered by Jamia Hamdard are required to go through the admission process set out by the college. Candidates cannot get direct admission to the UG and PG courses. Admissions are based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam that is required as per the selection criteria of the course.
