No, MKU DDE does not provide a refund of fees if a student wishes to cancel or withdraw his/her admission. However, the institute may provide a refund of fees in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments: If students have accidentally made duplicate payments for the same programme, they are entitled to a refund of duplicate payment.
  • Processing errors: If an error has been made in processing a student's payment that results in an overcharge or incorrect amount being deducted, then the particular student is entitled to a refund of duplicate payment.
  • Service cancellation: In case the institute decided to cancel the programme, any fees paid by  the students are refunded.
